Moat deepen · cancel + downgrade FAQ quotes
Cancel FAQ. Downgrade FAQ.
Same 2-code edit cliff.
Side-by-side quotes from live help.flowcode.com cancel and downgrade articles — both still up, both keep only the 2 most recent codes editable while the rest stay scannable but locked. Edit-lock is still documented on the never-expire page. Escape hatch: CSV rescue on /import/flowcode.
Side-by-side · help.flowcode.com cancel + downgrade
Cancel FAQ and downgrade FAQ say the same thing. Two editable. The rest scan-locked.
Both live help articles: keep scanning to the last destination, keep only the 2 most recent codes editable, restore by paying again. Edit-lock is still documented on the never-expire article. Deepens #10 Flowcode honesty and #11 free-dynamic honesty — does not reopen #9–#11.
Cancel FAQ · still live
What happens to my Flowcodes when I cancel?
“If you downgrade to our Basic tier from a premium account, you will only retain access to the 2 most recent codes you made.”
“All other codes left in your account will continue to scan and direct users to the destination you specified when creating or last modifying the Flowcode.”
“Should you wish to reactivate your codes that were deleted due to the cancellation, all you have to do is sign back up for the subscription you previously had.”
Cancel path = Basic downgrade. Scan keeps working; edit access collapses to the free pair until you re-subscribe.

What happens to my account and codes when I downgrade?
“If you downgrade from a Pro account to a free account, you will retain access to the most recent 2 codes you made.”
“Your data cap will be limited from 5,000 to 200. And all other codes left in your account will continue to scan and direct users to the destination you specified when creating or last modifying the Flowcode.”
“If you'd like to restore any codes that were deleted upon downgrading your account, please email support@flowcode.com after upgrading back to our Pro tier.”
Same cliff, different article: 2 editable, rest scan-locked to last destination, restore via paid tier / support.

Post-contract access: cannot update scan destination, code design, page details, or page design. Basic: only 2 most recent stay editable; codes continue to scan.

Quotes from live help articles. We do not claim Flowcode print redirects go dead on cancel — only that edit access collapses to the free pair.
Escape hatch · CSV rescue
Leaving Flowcode? Import the export. Get NeverDie codes that stay editable.
Upload a Flowcode (or QR Tiger) CSV on /import/flowcode: preview rows, create fresh dynamic codes, download manage links. Printed Flowcode stickers keep working until you reprint — we do not hijack them. Prefer cancel-proof permanent destinations? Use the forever-static print pack instead.
Cancel / downgrade FAQ
Is cancel different from downgrade in Flowcode help?+
Not in substance. The cancel FAQ describes cancelling premium as downgrading to Basic: 2 most recent editable, others keep scanning. The downgrade FAQ repeats the same 2-code rule and adds the 5,000→200 data-cap cut. Side-by-side on this page so the twin wording is obvious.
Do printed Flowcode stickers go dead on cancel?+
No — we do not claim that. Both FAQs and the expire article say codes continue to scan. The cliff is edit-lock / access collapse: destination and design become uneditable beyond the free pair until you re-pay.
How does CSV rescue help?+
Export from Flowcode, upload on /import/flowcode, get fresh NeverDie dynamic codes with manage links. Old prints keep pointing at Flowcode until you reprint. Separate from the forever-static print pack foil (#9).
Does this reopen #9, #10, or #11?+
No. #9 print-pack, #10 /compare/flowcode honesty, and #11 /compare/free-dynamic-qr stay as merged. This page deepens them with cancel+downgrade FAQ quotes and a CSV rescue CTA, plus light cross-links only.
When should I use the static print pack instead?+
When the destination is permanent and you want cancel-proof print with no redirect server. Use CSV rescue / NeverDie dynamic when you still need editable destinations after print.
