“Codes never expire.”
Destination & design lock on cancel.
Flowcode help says codes will never expire — and, in the same article, that post-contract access locks scan destination and code design. Honest foil: NeverDie's forever-static print pack encodes content in the image so cancel cannot edit-lock what you already printed. This is not the /import/flowcode hostage rescue path.

They say codes never expire. They also lock destination and design.
Same help article: never-expire marketing and post-contract edit-lock. Redirects usually keep working; what dies is the ability to change where the print points — and how it looks — once the contract ends. Forever-static print packs skip that cliff entirely.
Flowcode help · “codes never expire”
Will never expire · unlimited scans
Help center (“Will my codes/pages expire?”): Flowcodes and Flowpages “will never expire,” even on Basic, with unlimited scans. Dynamic destinations stay editable — while you still have plan access.

Destination + design locked on cancel
Post-contract access: if the plan ends or payment fails, you lose code/page details and cannot update scan destination, code design, page details, or page design. Downgrade keeps only 2 most recent codes editable; the rest stay scannable but edit-locked until you re-upgrade.
help.flowcode.com · Post-contract access
| Honesty row | Flowcode (help) | NeverDie |
|---|---|---|
| Printed sticker keeps scanning after cancel | Yes — help says codes continue to scan | Yes — static pack has no cancel cliff |
| Edit scan destination after cancel | Locked (except 2 most recent on Basic) | Static: N/A (encoded in image). Dynamic: always editable |
| Edit code / page design after cancel | Locked post-contract | Static PNG/SVG you already own; no plan gate |
| Depends on a live subscription to stay useful | Edits + design require paid access beyond free pair | Forever-static print pack: no |
This is an honesty compare, not the printed-materials hostage rescue path. CSV rescue stays on /import/flowcode (separate). Primary foil here is the forever-static print pack from the QR Tiger dies-on-cancel landing.

“Flowcodes and Flowpages you create will never expire.” Basic plan included; unlimited scans.
Go To Flowcode help · Will my codes/pages expire? ↗Post-contract edit-lock
If the plan ends or payment fails, users “will no longer be able to access the code/page details or update backend details such as scan destination, code design, page details, and page design.”
Same help article · Post-contract access ↗Downgrade still scans
On Basic, only the 2 most recent codes stay editable. “Don't worry, your Flowcodes will continue to scan.” Edit unlock requires re-upgrade.

Quotes paraphrased for readability; open the help article for the verbatim Post-contract access wording. We do not claim Flowcode print redirects go dead on cancel.
Foil · forever-static print pack (#9)
Skip the edit-lock cliff. Print codes that physically cannot expire.
Free unlimited static PNG + SVG on /print-pack: encode the destination in the image, print once, never pay to keep the run alive. Same landing that foils QR Tiger dies-on-cancel — reused here as the honest alternative to Flowcode post-contract lock.
Honesty FAQ
Is this claiming Flowcode stickers go dead on cancel?+
No. Flowcode help is explicit that codes continue to scan after cancel/downgrade. The honesty gap is post-contract edit-lock: destination and design become uneditable (beyond the free pair). We previously overclaimed deactivation elsewhere — this page cites their help instead.
What is post-contract edit-lock?+
Flowcode’s own Post-contract access section: when the paid plan ends or payment fails, you lose access to update scan destination, code design, page details, and page design. Printed materials keep redirecting to the last destination — you just cannot change it without re-upgrading.
How does the forever-static print pack foil that?+
NeverDie forever-static codes encode the URL/text directly in the PNG/SVG. No redirect server, no plan check, no edit-lock cliff for permanent destinations. Build the pack on /print-pack (free generator + QR Tiger dies-on-cancel foil from #9).
Is this the /import/flowcode hostage landing?+
No. That rescue path (#7 printed-materials hostage + CSV importer) stays on /import/flowcode. This /compare/flowcode page is honesty compare only — citations + forever-static print-pack CTA. We do not reopen hostage as the main path here.
When should I use dynamic NeverDie instead of static?+
When you need editable destinations or scan stats after print. NeverDie dynamics also skip subscription kill switches. The forever-static pack is the foil when the destination is permanent and cancel-proof print matters most.
